“Colors of Fall” Carol Heady, artist
"My favorite time of the year is Fall. I am trying to capture the beauty of Fall in a new technique of oil painting. Most of these paintings are portrayals of Trinity Wilderness on the north fork of the Trinity River. Drawing is my forte' and I have illustrated many books. I have been a member of the Mendocino Art Association for many years and was a founding member of the Corner Gallery in Ukiah. I was born and raised in Ukiah Valley and now have a studio in Redwood Valley."
A reception for all exhibitor veterans, families and friends will be held on Friday, July 6th. Art works will be moved at the end of July to the Veterans Personal History exhibit at Mendocino County Museum in Willits exhibited through October 2012.
